Never used MILO, Canva Bulk Create, or Google Sheets for content? Here's your step-by-step guide.
⚠️ Canva Pro Required
The Bulk Create feature requires Canva Pro. If you don't have $14/month to spare right now, you can start a free 30-day trial at Canva.com.
Open MILO GPT
Go to MILO GPT and start a new conversation. You'll need a ChatGPT account (free works, but Plus is faster).
Copy & Paste Your Prompt
Choose a prompt from the library above, click Copy, and paste it into MILO. Fill in the [BRACKETED] sections with your specific info.
Choose "Spreadsheet" Format
When MILO asks "Do you want content listed out or in spreadsheet format (TSV)?", choose spreadsheet. This generates tab-separated values for Canva.
Copy Your Content Spreadsheet
Open the HTP Content Spreadsheet. Click File → Make a copy to save it to your own Google Drive.
Paste MILO's Output
Copy the TSV rows from MILO and paste them into your spreadsheet's "Content Upload" tab. The columns should auto-align: Hook → Subtext → Transcript → Caption → Keyword
Open Canva & Find Bulk Create
Open your HTP Canva template (or any Reel template). On the left sidebar, go to Apps → Bulk Create. If you don't see it, search "Bulk Create" and install it first.
Enter Data Manually
In Bulk Create, select "Enter data manually". Copy each column from your spreadsheet and paste it into the corresponding field in Canva.
Connect Data Fields
Click on each text element in your design (Hook, Subtext, etc.). Click "Connect data" and link it to the matching column. Connected fields turn purple.
Generate All 30 Designs
Click Continue → Generate [X] designs. Canva will create a unique design for each row of content. Magic! ✨
Download & Schedule
Click Share → Download. Choose MP4 for videos or PNG for static posts. Then upload to the HTP Systems Content Scheduler to schedule everything.
